Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Policy

1. Scope of Applicability

This policy applies to products marked as "Guaranteed Xmas Delivery" on the product page. For example, these items will have a label, like the one shown below, indicating that they are eligible for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Please refer to the product page for each item's eligibility.

To ensure your order qualifies for guaranteed Christmas delivery, please complete your purchase before the corresponding cutoff time for your country listed in the table below.

Important Note on Inventory: As Christmas approaches, stock levels in different warehouses are limited, and the number of items eligible for guaranteed delivery may decrease over time. To maximize the chance of receiving your items before Christmas, please place your order as early as possible.

2. Does Your Package Meet the Christmas Guarantee Criteria?

Please use the following rules to determine if your package qualifies for the Christmas guarantee:

  • Mixed Packages: If your order contains both "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" products and non-"Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" products, the package does not qualify for the guarantee.
  • Pre-order Items: Orders with pre-order items whose restock dates fall outside the Christmas delivery window are not eligible.
  • Fully Eligible Packages: If all items in your order are "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" products and the shipping address is within the eligible regions, the package qualifies for the guarantee.
Friendly Reminder:
If your order does not meet the Christmas guarantee criteria but you wish to split the shipment to ensure timely delivery of some items, please contact customer service to request split shipping or ask for alternative solutions in advance.


 

3. Conditions for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please:

  1. Provide Accurate Delivery Information – Ensure the shipping address is complete and correct, especially the postal code and house number.

  2. Choose Shipping Method Based on Order Time – Select Standard or Express Shipping according to the cutoff table and pay any applicable fees.

  3. Provide Valid Contact Info – Include an accurate phone number so delivery personnel can reach you.

4. Exclusions from Guaranteed Christmas Delivery

The policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • Shipping Address Outside Eligible Regions

    • If the delivery address is outside the regions covered by the Christmas guarantee, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

  • Force Majeure Events

    • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or traffic restrictions, are excluded from the guarantee.

  • Customs Issues

    • If customs clearance is delayed and the customer does not promptly provide the required information or documents, the policy does not apply.

  • Changes to Delivery Address or Stop Shipment Requests

    • Any request to change the delivery address or to halt shipment after the order has been dispatched may result in missed delivery windows. Such cases are not covered by the guarantee.

  • Signature or Pickup Failures

    • If the customer fails to sign for the parcel, pick it up on time, or provide correct delivery instructions, leading to delayed delivery, the guarantee does not apply.
